What are crystals?
"Healing Crystals", can be traced back to many ancient cultures including Egypt, Greece and China.
Some people claim that crystals promote the flow of good energy and help rid your body and mind of negative energy for physical and emotional benefits.
Although not "scientifically proven", I do believe that crystals are a great tool among many other things, to help improve your life. Like us, and every thing else in the universe, crystals hold energy!
